Fees

The above fees are for one term’s tuition with Activate per child. Note that they are class fees only.

Term 4 Production Fee:
Tuition in Term 4 will incur an additional $40 production fee. This fee covers theatre expenses such as theatre hire, security, stage lights, technicians, supervision staff, costumes, make-up and props. Please include $40 in your payment of the class fees.

Payment by cheque (made out to Activate Dance & Drama) can be sent to PO Box 65052, Mairangi Bay, Auckland 0754. Or pay by direct credit (with your child's name as a reference) to Activate Dance & Drama, account number 12–3077–0660254–00. Note that fee payments will not be accepted at our venues, our tutors are there to teach!

To confirm enrolment and to guarantee a space in our classes, payment must be received before the first week of each term unless you are paying by Activate's instalment plan, then the first instalment must be paid before week 1. For information on the instalment plan please contact us. If payments are not made by this date and you have not made contact with us regarding a payment schedule, then we may be obliged to remove your child from our roll.

A pro-rata rate is applied to any student joining after the first week of term. Please contact us if you wish to enrol your child after the first week, so we can organise a pro-rata rate for you.

Cancellation & Outstanding Fees:
Please note that cancellation of a paid enrolment will incur a cancellation and administration fee of $20.00. Fees are non-refundable after the first five weeks of the Term. Outstanding fees that are not paid by week 5 will be referred to a debt collection agency where an additional administration fee of 20% of your original invoice will be charged.
